DHL Expands to 44,600 Square Metres at Prologis Park Dąbrowa

WARSAW – October 15, 2012 – Prologis, Inc. the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, announced today that in Q3 it leased an additional 10,800 square metres at Prologis Park Dąbrowa with DHL, part of the world's leading mail and logistics group, Deutsche Post DHL.

The deal follows a lease for nearly 33,800 square metres in the same park in Q1. The company now occupies  
a total of 44,600 square metres in DC 2, 3 and 4.

DHL is one of Prologis’ largest customers globally. With this transaction, the company leases more than 1.1
million square metres of space in Prologis distribution centres across Europe, Asia and North America.

“Prologis Park Dąbrowa Górnicza’s strategic location and its highly qualified staff have proven an excellent
base for our customers’ operations in southern Poland,” said Michał Czarnecki, Vice President Leasing and
Development for Poland, Prologis. “We continue to receive strong interest in this park and have only one
vacant unit totalling 6,200 square metres left.”

CBRE, the world’s leading commercial real estate advisor, facilitated the transaction.

Patrick Kurowski, Head of Industrial & Logistics at CBRE in Poland commented “The lease agreement with
DHL is one of the largest transactions on the Polish warehouse market which also proves the economic
strength of southern Poland. We have secured the partnership with a reliable development partner and
negotiated ideal commercial lease terms for our Client. Furthermore it shows that continuous infrastructure
developments increase the value and attractiveness of regional hubs in Poland for logistics clients.”

Prologis Park Dąbrowa is a modern distribution centre consisting of ten warehouses and office buildings
totalling 144,000 square metres. The major transport routes nearby include the S1 express road with direct
access to the A4 motorway and the Pyrzowice International Airport. Dąbrowa Górnicza also has an extensive
railway network with access to Warsaw-Katowice line (VI Pan-European corridor) and Broad Gauge
Metallurgy Line terminal in Sławków.

Other customers in the park include: 7R Solution, ABRA, ANL, Euro-Pegaz Logistyka, FIEGE, GTX
HANEX PLASTIC, Kamis, Magna Automotive Poland, Premium, and Rhenus Contract Logistics.

Prologis is the largest provider of industrial real estate in the Upper Silesia region with four distribution parks
